Mentoring is at the very heart of this unique business relationship – uStore-it will give you steps that work, and the franchisee follows those steps to create a formula for real success.

Often, experience is the best teacher. It helps tremendously to be able to work with someone whose problems and successes you can relate to.

The franchisee is benefitting from someone who's been there, done that and, therefore, has tremendous insight into different ways of building the business for that new franchisee. 

The mentor can tell the franchisee what works and what doesn't. He or she is also a great person to bounce ideas off and help them try a new or different way of doing something. 

Ongoing training and support will be provided,   both to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained, and to   introduce the franchisee to changes to the system.

Additional training may be provided to deal with product and service innovations, such as new equipment, software or the   introduction of new products or services. 

Where employees are involved in the franchise, uStore-it may also train the franchisee to provide initial and ongoing training to its employees or it may provide training to the   franchisee’s employees itself

The range of ongoing support may include   monitoring the progress of the business by reviewing financial and other data   provided by the franchisee and by regular contact with the franchisor.

The franchisor may carry out a formal or informal inspection of the franchisee’s business to check if standards are being maintained and, if they’re not, to explain to the franchisee what needs   to be rectified.
