Franchise License Fee
The initial, one-time cost to purchase a uStore-it franchise license.:

Cost to Develop a Self Storage Facility
To develop a self storage facility, the cost will be dependant upon size, location, condition etc. As a guide, the initial cost to open your self storage business will be from €50K
Monthly Fees
All prices exclude tax
Management Fee
€500
Franchisor costs in providing the continuing services to the franchisee
SEO & Online Support Fund
€150
All activities that relate to the online presence of both the uStore-it brand and franchisees.
Advertising Fund
€150
Contribution to corporate advertising fund (this will not be charged until there are 10 franchisees)
Training Fund
€25
Contribution to the training fund.
Software Fee
€45
Provision of self storage management software
Customer Portal - optional
€50
Franchisor will fund the core software program, but the optional customer portal is funded by franchisee
Software Unit Pricing
40 cents per unit
An additional fee based on the number of units being managed on the management software
